   A garment is a physical piece with a barcode — not a product page. We intake it, inspect it, and log it before it goes out.

   Clean

   After every return it is graded and cleaned before it can go out again.

   Wear

   A member rents the design they browsed. The barcode in the box is the garment they actually wear.

4. 04

   Return

   A prepaid label brings it back. We inspect again, clean again, or retire it if it cannot safely take another turn.
